Stands and routes are made by financial support of Environment Foundation of Latvia.

The route „Big Circle" beguns by the entrance and follows by the pond and exposition of ornamentals, the „Old park", follows by the beautyful old willows, Hemerocallis and Paeonia collections.

In the cross point, turning to right, you will come to exposition of useful plants: Verbascum, Artemi­sia abrotanum, Levisticum officinale, Ribes aureum, Acti­nidia colomicta, Corylus, Lon­icera edulis are just some of the medicinal, food, fourage, technical, and honey plants to look at here.

Following the route „Big Circle", you can see species diversity of the Arboretum: collections of Populus, Juglans, Pterocarya, Betula, Corylus, Alnus, Carpinus, Quercus, Fagus.

After the cross point, follows groups of Viburnum, Cercidiphyllum, Ulmus, Catalpa, Lonicera, Sorbus, Malus, and Ligus­trum. The Berberis collection is especially ornamental in outumn - fruit ripening and leaves colouring time.

After Philadephus, Deutzia, Salix, Ribes, and Spiraea collections the excursion follows to the route „Small Circle".

The route „West Circle", which includes Tilia, Crataegus, Cornus, Hip­pophae), Elaeagnus, Actinidia, Acer, Rhamnus, Celastrus, Euonymus, Co­tinus, Caragana, Robinia, Gleditsia, Rhus, Eleutherococcus, Ptelea species now is under construction and follows soon.
